When you book a GoSeeBee service, we collect: your name and email address; the property addresses you provide for documentation; your payment information (processed by Stripe — GoSeeBee never stores card numbers); and any notes or preferences you share about what to observe.
When you visit goseebee.com, standard web analytics may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site. We use this to understand traffic patterns, not to identify individuals.
We do not use your personal information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
GoSeeBee treats client information as confidential. We do not share your name, contact information, or specific property interests with landlords, listing agents, property managers, or any third party — except as required by law.
Aggregate, anonymized building-level data from BeeScout visits (scores, condition patterns) may be retained in the GoSeeBee Hive database to power Hive Report products. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
We retain order records and delivered reports for 24 months after service delivery. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@goseebee.com. Anonymized building data in the Hive database is retained indefinitely.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. GoSeeBee does not store credit card numbers or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
GoSeeBee's website uses minimal cookies for basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@goseebee.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.
