## Tier details

### Hive Report — $29
GoSeeBee maintains a proprietary database of buildings its BeeScouts have visited. When a client requests a Hive Report on a building visited within the last 12 months, they receive the existing findings instantly — building condition, common areas, parking, observed landlord interaction, and overall building score. No new visit required. Zero marginal cost. Best for a quick sanity check before committing to a full visit.

### Same Building, New Unit — $55
When a BeeScout has already visited a building for another client, returning to a different unit is faster and cheaper because building context is already established. Includes a unit-specific report, full photo documentation, and the standardized 8-category scorecard. Delivered within 24 hours.

### Snapshot — $85
One property visited in person. Full photo documentation, 8-category standardized scorecard with written justification for each score, BeeScout field notes, highlights, flags, and a verdict. Delivered within 24 hours. Best for renters with a clear frontrunner.

### The Dossier — $225 (most popular)
Up to three properties visited in person, documented to the same standard, and compared side-by-side. Full photo grids for each, 8-category scorecard for each, a comparison table across all three, and a direct BeeScout documented score summary first. Delivered within 48 hours.

### Full Scout — $450
Up to six properties visited in person with video walkthroughs. Includes everything in The Dossier plus video documentation and a 15-minute debrief call with the BeeScout who visited. Designed for corporate relocators and high-stakes moves. Delivered within 48 hours.
