## Overview
GoSeeBee sends trained BeeScouts to physically tour rental properties in Tampa Bay on behalf of clients who cannot visit in person. The entire process takes under 5 minutes to initiate and delivers a professional property intelligence report within 24–48 hours.

## The three steps

### Step 1 — Send us your shortlist
Book a tier at goseebee.com/book.html. Provide the property addresses you want scouted, your move-in target date, what matters most to you (noise, natural light, landlord quality, storage, parking, pet-friendliness), and any specific concerns or things to check. Takes under 5 minutes.

### Step 2 — A BeeScout visits in person
A trained, certified BeeScout is assigned within 24 hours of payment. They review your priorities and notes before visiting. They follow the GoSeeBee standardized protocol on every visit — the same steps, the same documentation, the same categories — nothing improvised, nothing skipped.

**What the BeeScout does on-site:**

*Before entering the unit:* Walks the block, notes and films the parking situation, enters the building, documents common areas — lobby, hallways, laundry, any amenities. Notes cleanliness and upkeep.

*Inside the unit:* Opens every cabinet and closet. Runs every faucet. Flushes the toilet. Checks under sinks for moisture or damage. Opens every window and notes what they see and hear. Turns every light on and off. Checks natural light direction and intensity. Tests cell signal. Looks at the bathroom ceiling and baseboards. Notes any smell on entry.

*The landlord interaction:* BeeScouts introduce themselves as scouting as conducting an independent property documentation visit. They ask how long the unit has been vacant, when it was last renovated, what the maintenance response time is, and who handles day-to-day issues. Answers — and how they are given — go in the report.

*The honest take:* After the visit, the BeeScout records a direct summary: gut reaction, what would give them pause, what genuinely impressed them, and one thing the client should ask about before signing.

### Step 3 — Your report arrives
A complete BeeScout report is delivered to your email within the timeframe for your tier (24 or 48 hours). It includes full photo documentation, standardized 8-category scores with written justification, BeeScout field notes, and a direct documentation. For multi-property tiers, a side-by-side comparison is also included.

## The BeeScout protocol

Every BeeScout follows the same standardized protocol on every visit. AI assists in consistency checking and flagging drift between reports — ensuring the report you receive on a Gulfport property and the report on a Clearwater property are directly comparable.

### The 8 categories — scored 1–5 with written justification

1. **Overall condition** — Wear, maintenance, cleanliness (not decor or style)
2. **Natural light** — Direction, window size, obstructions at time of visit
3. **Noise level** — Street, neighbors, building systems at time of visit
4. **Storage** — Closets, cabinets, additional options
5. **Parking** — Assigned, street, cost, distance, availability at time of visit
6. **Walkability** — What is actually within 10 minutes on foot
7. **Observed landlord interaction** — Responsiveness, professionalism, candor
8. **Value for rent** — Honest assessment against the market for this property type and area
