**What is GoSeeBee?**
GoSeeBee is a flat-fee rental property scouting service in Tampa Bay, Florida. We send trained BeeScouts to physically tour rental properties on your behalf and deliver a professional report — photos, honest scores, and a documentation — within 24–48 hours.

**Who is GoSeeBee for?**
Primarily people relocating to Tampa Bay from out of state who can't easily visit properties in person before committing. Also useful for local renters who want independent verification before signing, and for HR teams and corporate relocation firms helping employees move to the area.

**Is GoSeeBee a real estate agency?**
No. BeeScouts tour properties and report findings. They do not negotiate leases, represent parties in transactions, or earn commissions. GoSeeBee is a flat-fee information service. You pay us, we tell you the truth.

**Do I need a real estate license to use GoSeeBee?**
No. You don't need any license to hire someone to look at an apartment for you.

**Is GoSeeBee available outside Tampa Bay?**
Not yet. We're currently focused on the Tampa Bay area including St. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater, Gulfport, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Largo, Seminole, Sarasota, Wesley Chapel, and Lakeland.

## Pricing and tiers

**What does GoSeeBee cost?**
Five flat-fee tiers:
- **Archive Report — $29** (instant, from prior visit)
- **Same Building, New Unit — $55** (24hr, BeeScout knows the building)
- **Snapshot — $85** (1 property, 24hr)
- **The Dossier — $225** (3 properties, 48hr) — most popular
- **Full Scout — $450** (6 properties + debrief call, 48hr)

**Are there any commissions, referral fees, or hidden costs?**
None. The price you see is the price you pay. We are not affiliated with any landlord, property manager, or listing platform.

**What's the Archive Report?**
GoSeeBee maintains a database of buildings our BeeScouts have visited. If a building you're interested in was scouted within the last 12 months, you can get those findings instantly for $29 — no new visit required. It's building-level data (common areas, parking, observed landlord interaction, building score) rather than a unit-specific visit.

**What's the "Same Building, New Unit" tier?**
If a BeeScout has already visited a building for another client, returning to a different unit is faster and cheaper because we already know the building context. $55 gets you a fresh unit-specific report with the building knowledge already established.

## The report

**What's in a GoSeeBee report?**
Every report includes:
- Full photo documentation (exterior, every room, building, parking, street — not listing photos)
- 8-category scorecard: condition, natural light, noise, storage, parking, walkability, observed landlord interaction, value for rent — each scored 1–5 with written notes
- Scout narrative in plain language
- Highlights and red flags
- Verdict and documentation

Multi-property tiers also include a side-by-side comparison and a ranked documentation.

**How is this different from listing photos?**
Listing photos are taken by the landlord or their agent and selected to present the property favorably. GoSeeBee photos are taken by a neutral third party during an unannounced visit, from every angle, including things landlords wouldn't show you.

**How accurate is the report?**
Reports represent what a trained BeeScout observed during a specific visit at a specific time. Property conditions can change. Our reports are professional assessments, not legal guarantees. That said, our BeeScouts follow a rigorous protocol specifically designed to catch things listings miss.

## The process

**How does it work?**
1. Book a tier at goseebee.com/book
2. Tell us the properties you want scouted and any specific priorities or concerns
3. Pay the flat fee
4. A BeeScout is assigned within 24 hours
5. Scout visits the properties
6. You receive your report within the delivery window

**How do I book?**
At goseebee.com/book. Select your tier, provide property addresses and your contact info, and pay. That's it.

**Can I add specific things for the BeeScout to check?**
Yes. During booking you can note specific priorities (noise, light, storage, landlord quality) and specific concerns (worried about the photos, have a large dog, need to assess the parking situation). Scouts review these before visiting.

**What if a property becomes unavailable before the BeeScout visits?**
Contact us at hello@goseebee.com as soon as possible and we'll substitute a different property or issue a partial refund.

## Scouts

**Who are your BeeScouts?**
Trained individuals who live in the Tampa Bay area, follow a standardized scouting protocol, and are vetted by GoSeeBee before their first assignment. They're often people who already know the local market well.

**Do BeeScouts pretend to be renters?**
No. Scouts introduce themselves as scouting as conducting an independent property documentation visit. They're honest about their role.

**What equipment do BeeScouts use?**
Scouts use their own smartphones for photos and video. We require a minimum quality standard (landscape orientation, minimum 720p, deliberate movement, usable audio) rather than specific equipment. This keeps the barrier to becoming a BeeScout low while maintaining output quality.

**How quickly do I get my report?**
- Archive Report: instant
- Snapshot and Same-Building: within 24 hours of the BeeScout visit
- Dossier and Full Scout: within 48 hours

**What if no BeeScout is available in my area?**
We'll let you know as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

**Can GoSeeBee help me find properties to consider?**
No. You bring your own shortlist from Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or wherever. We assess — we don't source.

**Can GoSeeBee help me negotiate my lease?**
No. GoSeeBee provides information. Lease negotiations are between you and your landlord.
