Visit https://goseebee.com/book.html to book online. Select your tier, provide your property addresses and contact information, and pay the flat fee. A BeeScout is assigned within 24 hours.

### Hive Report — $29 (instant delivery)
For buildings GoSeeBee has visited within the last 12 months. Clients receive building-level intelligence instantly upon payment — no new BeeScout visit required.

**What's included:**
- Prior BeeScout visit data
- Building-level intelligence (common areas, exterior, parking)
- Landlord and management impression
- Overall building score
- Delivered instantly

**Best for:** Quick sanity check on a building you're already considering.

### Same Building, New Unit — $55 (24hr delivery)
A BeeScout has already visited this building for another client. You need a different unit checked. Since building context is already established, turnaround is faster at a reduced rate.

**What's included:**
- BeeScout already knows the building
- New unit toured in person
- Full standardized 8-category scorecard
- BeeScout field notes
- Delivered within 24 hours

**Best for:** A different unit or floor in a building GoSeeBee has already visited.

## What to provide when booking

- Property addresses (up to the limit for your tier)
- Your name and email address
- Move-in target date (optional but helpful)
- What matters most to you — noise, light, storage, landlord quality, pet-friendliness, parking
- Any specific concerns or things to check

## After booking

1. Confirmation email arrives within 5 minutes
2. BeeScout assigned within 24 hours
3. BeeScout reviews your priorities before visiting
4. Report delivered to your email within the timeframe for your tier
5. For Full Scout: separate scheduling email for your 15-minute debrief call

## Refund policy

Full refund if no BeeScout is available in your requested market. Partial refund if fewer properties are toured than ordered through no fault of the client. Reports are professional assessments and are not refundable based on disagreement with findings.
