The name says what we do: Go. See. The people who go and see are called BeeScouts. What they bring back is called a BeeBack report. --- ## The problem we solve The Tampa Bay rental market moves fast. Good units in St. Pete, Gulfport, or Clearwater can be gone within 48 hours of listing. Tens of thousands of people relocate to Tampa Bay every year — from the Northeast, Midwest, and West Coast — many of them trying to secure housing before they arrive. Listing platforms (Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com) show data provided by landlords: photos they selected, amenities they reported, descriptions they wrote. Every piece of information a renter sees on a listing was curated by the person trying to rent the unit. GoSeeBee sends an independent human — a trained BeeScout — to look at the property and report back what they actually found. No landlord involvement. No commission. No conflict of interest. --- ## How we're different **We are paid by renters, not landlords.** This is the structural guarantee of our independence. Every other party in a rental transaction — the listing platform, the property manager, the landlord — has a financial incentive tied to whether the renter signs. GoSeeBee's only incentive is accuracy. **Our BeeScouts follow a standardized protocol.** Every visit, every BeeScout, every property. The same 8 categories scored 1–5 with written justification. The same documentation steps. AI assists in consistency checking to ensure reports are genuinely comparable across scouts, properties, and time. **We are not a real estate agency.** BeeScouts do not negotiate leases, represent clients in transactions, or earn commissions. GoSeeBee is a flat-fee professional assessment service — legally and structurally distinct from real estate brokerage. --- ## The BeeScout team BeeScouts are trained, certified individuals who live in the Tampa Bay area. They know the local market, they follow the GoSeeBee protocol, and they are paid per job regardless of what the renter ultimately decides — which means they have no incentive to advocate for any property over another. BeeScouts introduce themselves honestly when they arrive at a property. They are not undercover. They are professionals conducting a professional assessment on behalf of a paying client. --- ## The hive Every BeeScout visit contributes data to GoSeeBee's proprietary building database — what we call the Hive. Over time, the Hive accumulates verified, timestamped property intelligence across Tampa Bay: building scores that trend over time, landlord ratings, maintenance trajectories, unit-by-unit variation within buildings.
